Knee jerk analysis would lead one to believe that Joe Mallahan, T-Mobile Executive, would be the choice of the business community. This article punctures that false assumption, especially with neighborhood businesses.
Of particular note to me is the issue of neighborhood business district Park and Rides, prohibited by the Nickels adminstration. (I was involved in early efforts to build these, shortly after the HUD financed Pike/Pine Downtown parking garage scandal.)
