Comments on the proposed 2010 ammendments to the City of Tacoma Comprehensive Plan:
Due an unconstitutional restraining order without evidentiary or statutory basis I have been directly unable to participate in Transportation outreach efforts. This specific event included members of the Green Tacoma Partnership of which the City of Tacoma is a ‘managing’ partner along with other groups such as the Cascade Land Conservancy. In addition I have been fearful of continuing my long standing involvement in issues around 2010-04 and 2010-07, both for myself and for the apparently ‘licensed to stalk’ abusive political operatives masquerading as planners that might follow me into these arenas.The City of Tacoma should have been aware of these problems before this point, that awareness and responsibility certainly extends no later than the date of this email, also published electronically.
Please note that given the City’s active role in the ‘partnerships’ which created this problem this planning effort is invalid and **may** constitute criminal conspiracy, irregardless of the underlying quality of the planning product(s) created via this process.
I suspect that at least some aspects of the City of Tacoma are not aware of the full regional and long term nature of this problem. These problems are also addressed in my comments on the Transportation element of the Puget Sound Regional Council’s ‘2040’ effort, also closing for comments this week. These comments have also been published electronically. Please note also that there is evidence of State involvement in these problems, but a succinct summary of same does not exist at this time.
