Is It Time to Foreclose on the Law?

The News Tribune weighs in on the legal issues surrounding the evolving mortgage/housing crisis

For what it is worth, the intellectual property rights of the constitution are more important than the loan documents of a corrupt banking system.

How about the legal system stops harassing the victims of this fraud and starts prosecuting the (mostly) Republican perpetrators.

After all, the legal profession will not ever 'own' the law, perhaps it is time to 'foreclose' on that deed.... the 'payment' of equal justice is ten years in arrears....
